Booking Policy 

Dear Valued Clients,

For large events and businesses, we kindly request your understanding regarding our reservation process. When you reach out to secure a date for your event, it involves blocking off that specific date, thereby limiting opportunities for others to book. Extended reservation periods, exceeding two weeks, followed by last-minute cancellations pose challenges as it results in missed opportunities for us to accommodate other bookings.

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your commitment to hosting a successful event. To ensure a fair and secure arrangement for both parties, we have implemented a policy requiring payment at the time of booking. Please be aware that we will not be able to reserve your date until payment is received, which means someone else can book at that time anytime. Therefore, we encourage you to secure your dates as fast as possible.

Your cooperation in adhering to this policy ensures efficient event planning and maximizes availability for all our valued clients.

Cancellation Policy 

Please note that all event packages must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy. If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the event, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid. Alternatively, you can reschedule your event at no additional cost for any future date, subject to availability, either for the same package or another package of equivalent value.
